Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- basic computer proficiency including email and calendar management
- dependable and punctual
- ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

- previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and help them get where they are going
- answer calls and emails and know when to just take a message
- keep calendars, meetings, and parking organized
- sign in guests and manage building access
- sort mail and handle deliveries
- keep the front area clean and functional
- file, update documents, and perform administrative tasks
- help tenants with everyday questions such as Wi-Fi and facilities
- monitor cameras and report anything unusual
- assist the management team as needed
