Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of front office or dental practice experience
- Proficient in Dentrix and Dental Intelligence software
- Strong writing, communication, and social media content creation skills
- Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet, check in/out patients, and manage appointment scheduling in Dentrix
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages using Dental Intelligence
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager with administrative tasks
- Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Capture in-office media (with consent) to highlight team culture, services, and events
- Respond to messages, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally
- Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies to increase reach and visibility
- Collaborate with the website designer to ensure online content reflects the brand's image and goals
