- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years receptionist or concierge experience
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a receptionist, concierge, or high-end retail or hospitality role preferred
- exceptional grooming and professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury brand
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn software
- proven ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays
Job Duties
- Greet and host clients warmly
- manage high-volume multi-line phone switchboard
- maintain immaculate waiting lounge and showroom
- assist sales and service teams with clerical support
- process customer payments safely
- manage client appointments
- provide exceptional customer service
