Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • proficient use of excel is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet clients visitors and guests and direct them to the appropriate location
  • answer and direct calls for a multi-company phone system
  • receive mail packages and courier deliveries and distribute items
  • perform administrative tasks for sales construction and office divisions
  • perform other duties as assigned
