Job Duties

  • assist students with scheduling appointments using WC Online
  • greet students, faculty, staff, and visitors politely and professionally
  • handle administrative duties such as checking and responding to emails, printing academic forms and tests, filing tests, completing exam spreadsheet daily, completing testing roster, making copies, and checking for students testing with accommodations
  • monitor video recording testing room and computer lab
  • ensure students are following center policies
  • manage a multi-phone line system and direct calls accordingly
