Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- ability to manage multiple phone lines and correspondence professionally
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- must comply with all company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- availability of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and office supplies inventory
- support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless support for office operations
- handle the filing of requisition forms for office supplies
- provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Manager
- process outgoing and incoming mail and packages for the local offices
- organize company office supplies and work with the Purchasing Department to order new supplies as needed
- conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions
- perform other duties as required
