Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • ability to manage multiple phone lines and correspondence professionally
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • availability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • must comply with all company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • availability of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and office supplies inventory
  • support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless support for office operations
  • handle the filing of requisition forms for office supplies
  • provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Manager
  • process outgoing and incoming mail and packages for the local offices
  • organize company office supplies and work with the Purchasing Department to order new supplies as needed
  • conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions
  • perform other duties as required
