Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills
- excellent verbal communication skills
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in person at Signal Hill, CA location
- availability for part-time hours
- willingness to relocate to Signal Hill, CA if not local

- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- basic computer proficiency including appointment scheduling
- friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to adapt and learn quickly about company services
Job Duties
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- take and relay messages
- provide information to callers
- greet persons entering organization
- direct persons to correct destination
- deal with queries from the public and customers regarding ALL Bark! Bark! services
- ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- provide general administrative and clerical support
- prepare letters and documents
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments
- maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- tidy and maintain the reception area
- acclimate to Bark! Bark! services, prices, requirements etc quickly
