Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Minimum two years experience in luxury hospitality or customer service
  • Knowledge of OPERA property management system
  • Ability to multi-task on several tasks at once
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Operate OPERA property management system
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
  • Maintain front desk area and ensure it is presentable
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints professionally
