Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Ability to work Friday through Sunday or Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen

Job Duties

  • Take charge of the front desk
  • Engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner in a way that represents the brand image
  • Responsible for answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
