Job Duties
- Collect patient demographics
- collect copays
- complete daily deposits
- answer phones
- make appointments
- ensure smooth clinic operation and patient flow
- instruct patients to complete registration packet
- verify and update patient information
- obtain and scan copies of ID and insurance cards
- verify insurance
- collect deductibles and co-insurance
