Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, page staff and residents, accept and relay accurate messages
  • greet and direct the public to various locations and meetings in the building
  • provide information to the public regarding programs, workshops, membership, parking and other relevant procedures
  • provide program and membership information to the public
  • close sales
  • relay all internal communications via intercom
  • maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
