Job Duties
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, page staff and residents, accept and relay accurate messages
- greet and direct the public to various locations and meetings in the building
- provide information to the public regarding programs, workshops, membership, parking and other relevant procedures
- provide program and membership information to the public
- close sales
- relay all internal communications via intercom
- maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
