Job Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States required
- availability to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays including potential overnight shifts
- minimum two years' experience in luxury hospitality or customer service
- knowledge of OPERA system
- strong multitasking abilities
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- check guests in and out efficiently using OPERA system
- respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- manage reservations and assist with cancellations or modifications
- maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
