Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Ability to work 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays during company event days
- Experience or exposure to excellent customer service and reception duties
- Personable, polite, dependable, and able to effectively communicate and establish positive relations with the general public and all levels of employees
- Ability to interact with all types of individuals
- Mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills
- Ability to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays
- Ability to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Duties
- Coordinating all accounting operational functions (A/R, A/P, and general accounting)
- Answering, transferring, and screening a high volume of daily phone calls
- Operation of a company electronic switchboard
- Greets and directs visitors at the front desk
- Provides excellent customer service to employees and visitors
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the front desk
- Advises visitors of relevant policies and procedures
- Prevents the entry of unauthorized personnel
- Scheduling shipping for real estate leasing and aggregate samples
- Data entry through M.S. Excel
- Audit of purchasing tickets
- Performing D.O.T. safety and performance history verifications through previous employers
- Recording of "Smart Drive" safety results
- Assistance with scanning of human resource documents and applications
- Report preparation of company hiring events and statistics
