Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Ability to handle multiple emails and phone communications efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Experience with hospitality or private club environments preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with professionalism

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist members and guests with a hospitable and professional demeanor
  • Provide accurate club information efficiently
  • Manage reciprocal member guest registrations and day guests
  • Handle dining and event reservations via phone and email and maintain reports
  • Answer and forward phone calls appropriately
  • Communicate effectively with club staff including management, F&B, catering, accounting, housekeeping, maintenance, and valet
  • Manage will-call and lost-and-found items
  • Maintain notes for next day follow-ups and file correspondence
  • Open and close the front desk according to shift schedule
  • Assist with special projects and promote process improvements
