Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Ability to handle multiple emails and phone communications efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Experience with hospitality or private club environments preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with professionalism
Job Duties
- Greet and assist members and guests with a hospitable and professional demeanor
- Provide accurate club information efficiently
- Manage reciprocal member guest registrations and day guests
- Handle dining and event reservations via phone and email and maintain reports
- Answer and forward phone calls appropriately
- Communicate effectively with club staff including management, F&B, catering, accounting, housekeeping, maintenance, and valet
- Manage will-call and lost-and-found items
- Maintain notes for next day follow-ups and file correspondence
- Open and close the front desk according to shift schedule
- Assist with special projects and promote process improvements
