Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- detail oriented
- willing and able to travel to multiple locations as needed
- flexible schedule during regular office hours
- prior medical office experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- previous medical office reception experience preferred
- superior customer service and communication skills
- working knowledge of time of service collection procedures preferred
- detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively
- basic knowledge of BLS and CPR certification preferred
Job Duties
- greet and check in patients
- schedule patient appointments
- manage patient check-outs and payments
- maintain accurate patient records and information
- handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- assist with time of service collection procedures
- coordinate communications between patients and medical staff
