Job Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- maintain patient records and update medical information as necessary
- assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
- ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
