Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- Availability for PRN (On Call) scheduling
- Positive and outgoing personality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
- Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Oversee receptionist and secretarial duties at the community
- Support the dining team as needed
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
