Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or receptionist role preferred
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with office software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with common office software and database management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in visitors and contractors issuing photo ID and access control badges
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting arrangements
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Collaborate with onsite roles to complete assignments and support the FM team
  • Submit tickets for facility-related issues and building maintenance using Corrigo
  • Maintain and update the Concierge Playbook ensuring it is accessible at the reception desk
  • Ensure flexibility in adapting to evolving responsibilities and working hours as business needs require
  • Uphold a detail-oriented and pleasant demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned to support daily operations
