Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support social media management and marketing efforts to enhance the company’s presence
- Maintain organization of office supplies and assist with office management tasks as needed
- Maintain stock and product inventory for the salon
- Book and maintain schedule for all stylists
- Maintain clean work environment
- Multitask efficiently during busy periods
