Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or childcare role preferred
- proficiency with computers and office software
- ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and visitors
- willingness to pass background check for childcare licensing
- flexibility to work Monday through Friday
- positive and professional attitude consistent with a childcare environment
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or childcare experience preferred
- experience with Procare software preferred
- knowledge of childcare food program documentation a plus
- strong customer service and communication skills
- organized, reliable, and professional
- comfortable using computers and office systems
- must pass background check required for childcare licensing
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Greet parents, children, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- answer and direct phone calls
- assist with enrollment paperwork and office organization
- maintain attendance and student records
- utilize Procare childcare management software for check-ins, records, and communication
- assist with food program documentation and meal tracking
- support center staff with general administrative duties
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
