Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Ability to complete training successfully
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation to work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for dogs and pet care
- Basic knowledge of dog behavior and obedience training is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet every customer and visitor entering or leaving Dogtopia
- Data entry and management of client information
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with pet parents
- Track communication and interactions with pet parents
- Maintain neat and organized front desk area
- Adhere to and enforce Dogtopia's safety and cleaning standards
- Monitor and manage dogs with behavior issues according to action plans
