Job Requirements

  • Any combination of education and experience that allows successful performance in the role
  • ability to work flexible schedule
  • obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire
  • obtain food handlers certification within 30 days of hire
  • willingness to comply with City policies and procedures
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience with computer systems and accounting procedures
  • knowledge of aquatic facility operations and programs
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • food handlers certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Job Duties

  • Perform clerical duties including data entry and filing
  • assist customers with sales of passes and merchandise
  • manage registrations for aquatic programs
  • handle general reception responsibilities such as answering phones and greeting visitors
  • maintain accurate accounting records
  • ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
  • provide support for special events and program activities
