Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of customer service experience
  • minimum one year of upselling or suggestive selling experience
  • minimum two years of reception or administrative experience
  • must have a home office with desk, computer, and printer for remote work
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • excellent phone etiquette
  • must love animals and be familiar with dog breeds

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of face to face customer service experience
  • one year of suggestive selling in retail, food, spa, or similar industry
  • two years of reception or administrative work experience
  • five years total working history
  • familiarity with dog breeds
  • strong phone skills
  • good multitasking ability
  • excellent organizational skills
  • customer oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Sales of our facility services
  • providing exceptional customer service
  • answering busy phones
  • accepting payments
  • checking in/out boarding, daycare, and grooming customers
  • data entry of new customers
  • appointment scheduling
  • solving customer complaints
  • providing tours of resort
  • acquiring new customers
