Job Duties

  • Greet patients and their support crew with warmth and professionalism
  • update and verify patient information at every visit
  • assist patients with forms and answer their questions
  • answer phones and emails with clarity, kindness, and efficiency
  • make appointment reminder calls
  • maintain a clean, calm, and inviting front desk area
  • use scheduling software and medical office technology proficiently
  • contribute to team efforts as needed
