- 1-2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties
- greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- answer and direct incoming phone calls
- manage payments
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and report preparation
- assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
