  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties

  • greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • manage payments
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and report preparation
  • assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
