Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- prior experience in accounts payable and payroll
- proficiency with payroll software
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- discretion in handling confidential information
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in an office or corporate environment
- prior experience in accounts payable and payroll processing
- strong knowledge of payroll software such as Sage and Procore
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- bilingual preferred
- knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll tax laws is a plus
- associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals
- manage office supplies and ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming
- handle scheduling and coordination for meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times
- process and review vendor invoices and ensure accuracy
- handle payment processing for accounts payable, including checks, ACH, or electronic payments
- reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner
- maintain records of accounts payable transactions in the accounting system
- assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable
- process employee payroll on a timely basis weekly
- verify employee timecards and attendance data, ensuring accuracy before payroll submission
- prepare payroll reports and submit them to HR or accounting for further processing
- respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or concerns
- ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies regarding payroll
