Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable handling blood and clinical tasks
- Ability to lift 45 pounds
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations
- Availability to work full-time during specified operating hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to different clinic locations
- Comfortable with clinical duties including seeing and handling blood
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Willingness to cross-train on all clinical responsibilities
Job Duties
- Communicating directly with patients and their needs
- Greeting patients including checking in, collecting copay, verifying insurance, preparing charts
- Checking out patients including scheduling, referring, verifying prescriptions based on individual needs
- Assisting patients to vehicle when necessary
- Effectively processing messages between patients and administration or other medical offices
- Reporting to office manager and/or practice administrator
- Assisting in the ambulatory surgery centers as needed
