Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- basic computer skills including familiarity with office software
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- professional and patient-focused attitude
- ability to work full time onsite in Bellevue, WA
- willingness to comply with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality
- ability to perform light cleaning duties
- must be able to work 32-40 hours per week on a contract basis
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, customer service, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, patient-focused demeanor
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a fast-paced clinical environment
- basic proficiency with computers and common office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- comfortable learning and using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and comply with privacy standards (HIPAA)
Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional front-desk experience
- manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- collect and process payments, deposits, and refunds
- provide clear pricing information for services
- schedule patient appointments, procedures, and surgeries using the clinic’s EMR system
- provide prospective patients with general information and educational materials about clinic services
- respond promptly to patient inquiries through email, text, social media, and other messaging platforms
- answer and direct incoming phone calls
- complete follow-up and appointment confirmation calls
- monitor and maintain front desk email and voicemail, ensuring timely responses
- handle front-desk administrative tasks including inventory management, filing, scanning, faxing, data entry, and office organization
- assist with light cleaning duties in the front desk, lobby, and breakroom areas to maintain a clean, professional environment
- uphold a patient-centered atmosphere while coordinating a smooth and seamless clinic workflow
- other duties as assigned
