Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical front desk or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Comfortable handling financial transactions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Confirm referrals, verify orders, and obtain authorizations as required
- Screen patients to ensure proper exam preparation (NPO, full bladder, etc.)
- Schedule walk-in patients with appropriate physician orders
- Collect copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
- balance daily deposits
- Coordinate patient transportation with approved couriers when needed
- Assist medical records, verification, and scheduling teams as necessary
- Support providers, management, and sales teams with patient needs
- Keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and professional
- Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned
