Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant front desk or administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with EHR or EMR systems preferred
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Professional appearance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (medical office preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with EHR or EMR systems is a plus
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer multi-line phones and route calls appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using our EHR system
  • Collect and verify insurance information and patient intake forms
  • Take co-pays and other payments
  • reconcile end-of-day reports
  • Maintain a clean, organized front office and waiting area
  • Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Respond to inquiries regarding services, insurance, and clinic policies
  • Maintain privacy of patients: always assure patient confidentiality
  • Attach all forms to proper patient records
  • Maintain daily schedule
  • Send out any/all referrals (MRI, Pain management referrals, etc.) either by Fax or Email
