Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
  • Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively
  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences
