- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and independently

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
- Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences
