Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
- Ability to commute to Hollywood, FL 33024
- Must relocate to Hollywood, FL 33024 before starting work
- Availability to work full-time at 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping (advantageous)
- Bilingual communication skills (encouraged)
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties (a plus)
Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records and files
- Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including document creation and data management
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff
- Support office management tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office operations
