Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
  • Ability to commute to Hollywood, FL 33024
  • Must relocate to Hollywood, FL 33024 before starting work
  • Availability to work full-time at 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping (advantageous)
  • Bilingual communication skills (encouraged)
  • Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties (a plus)

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records and files
  • Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including document creation and data management
  • Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff
  • Support office management tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office operations
