Job Duties

  • Keep establishment tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, water etc)
  • Greet and welcome guests, determining the nature and purpose of visit, directs or escorts them to specific destinations
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Collects, sorts, distributes and/or prepares mail, messages, and/or courier deliveries
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
  • Check, sort and forward emails/facsimile(s)
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc)
