Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or front desk experience
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and able to learn scheduling and payment systems quickly
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Medical, dental, or med spa experience preferred
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Able to commute to Miami Lakes, FL
- Comfortable working full-time in person
Job Qualifications
- MUST be bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience in the customer service field (ex
- Receptionist, Retail Worker, or similar role)
- Communication abilities and hospitality
Job Duties
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival, guide them to their corresponding stations and inform nail technicians of client's arrival
- Book and confirm appointments via text message and phone
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Proper hospitality to better clients' experience (catch up with/talk to clients, offer beverages such as coffee/water/wine, make clients comfortable)
- Sell services and products (cuticle oils, scrubs, gift cards)
- Photograph manicures and produce social media content during shift
- Customer service professionalism and attitude
- Flexible Schedule: Tuesday-Friday (9 AM - 2 PM/2 PM - 7 PM) and Saturdays (8 AM - 4 PM)
- Ability to cover at other locations if necessary
