Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in reception, customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience in a medical or multi-provider practice preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Professional demeanor in attitude and appearance
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and streamline tasks
  • Ability to learn and effectively use internal systems and processes

Job Duties

  • Schedule care plans for new patients and follow-up appointments
  • Prepare the waiting room and facilities for patient arrival and end-of-day reset
  • Greet patients and manage new patient intake including check-in, paperwork completion and verification, collecting payments, and updating patient information
  • Ensure all patients are appropriately processed at the conclusion of treatment
  • Maintain patient charts in an organized, accurate, and compliant manner
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls while documenting notes and messages
  • Educate patients on clinic services and treatment offerings
  • Deliver high level of personalized customer service with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude
  • Cross-train in additional administrative or clinic support areas
  • Assist with light cleaning, organization, and general office upkeep
