Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years receptionist experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • clear vision and computer literacy
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of front office/receptionist experience
  • strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • familiarity with basic accounting tasks preferred
  • positive, proactive attitude and strong critical thinking skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively in a team and adapt to change

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our store and services
  • schedule appointments and manage administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
  • assist customers with check in/out and general customer and product inquiries
  • maintain invoice entry processes and support vendors and departments involved
  • prepare documents for invoicing and credit card reconciliation
  • maintain inventory of office supplies and uniforms
  • serve as a backup notary and provide notary services
  • foster positive relationships with customers and departments across the organization
  • support office admin and other departments and assist with special projects as needed
  • present a professional image and promote and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • adhere to workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
  • other duties as assigned
