Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Basic knowledge of computers and dental software is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Patience and sensitivity to patient emotions
- Willingness to follow company policies and confidentiality rules

- Excellent customer and patient service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend information
- Apply common sense to carry out written or verbal instructions
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience with dental management software preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Previous dental office experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain patient accounts and records
- Understand and follow insurance plan rules and protocols
- Provide patient support with patience and sensitivity
- Verify patient insurance eligibility
- Accurately complete all record keeping
- Submit insurance claims
- Notify Office Manager of equipment or safety concerns
- Participate in morning huddles, chart reviews, and meetings
- Follow company policies and HIPAA, OSHA regulations
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
