Job Requirements
- Customer service rockstar
- Responsible, punctual and dependable with little or no absenteeism
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Strong team player
- Excellent communicator
- Positive and energetic
- Ability to work part-time approximately 25-30 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
- Experience working with animals is a plus but not required
- Strong team player
Job Duties
- Answer the phone and make appointments
- Give tours
- Check in/out boarders, daycare, and grooms
- Answer questions about fees and policies
- Call veterinary clinics for vaccination information
- Call clients to remind them about appointments
- Help pet owners with their pets
- Record pet feeding, medication, elimination and behavior
- Provide pets with tender loving care
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility
