Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a receptionist
- experience with Microsoft Office software including MS Teams
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet visitors in a friendly manner
- answer and redirect phone calls and shipments
- send and respond to emails
- oversee standard office equipment and supplies such as printer, ink, toner, and paper, drinks, and report any malfunctions to the appropriate person or department
- prepare conference rooms for meetings and organize catering as requested
- maintain detailed calendars, coordinate schedules, prioritize meeting requests and logistics, and arrange all aspects of travel
- establish and maintain a record-keeping system for contacts, files, and employee directory
- other duties as assigned
