Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience as a receptionist
  • experience with Microsoft Office software including MS Teams
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors in a friendly manner
  • answer and redirect phone calls and shipments
  • send and respond to emails
  • oversee standard office equipment and supplies such as printer, ink, toner, and paper, drinks, and report any malfunctions to the appropriate person or department
  • prepare conference rooms for meetings and organize catering as requested
  • maintain detailed calendars, coordinate schedules, prioritize meeting requests and logistics, and arrange all aspects of travel
  • establish and maintain a record-keeping system for contacts, files, and employee directory
  • other duties as assigned
