Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in dental or medical office preferred
- ability to perform data entry and manage multiple tasks
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in using dental office software such as Eaglesoft
- ability to work part-time with potential transition to full-time
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- experience in a pediatric or orthodontic dental practice is a plus
- comfortable reviewing treatment plans and submitting insurance claims
- ability to read explanation of benefits (EOBs)
- experience working with financing options such as Sunbit and CareCredit
- prior experience with Eaglesoft software is preferred
- cross-training in clinical duties is a plus
- strong customer service skills with a friendly personality
Job Duties
- greet and check in patients
- manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- handle insurance verification and claim submissions
- review treatment plans and assist patients with financing options
- maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries
- collaborate with dental team members to ensure smooth office operations
