Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams

Job Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls
- assist incoming visitors and employees
- answer and manage emails and Teams messages
- generate, maintain and distribute updated phone, email and Teams lists and main company directory
- assign guest WIFI access
- issue, track and audit employee and visitor badges
- manage mail and packages including creating and purchasing postage, notifying and delivering to employees, preparing domestic and international FedEx packages, and tracking shipments
- coordinate visitor office and conference room requests
- order office supplies and equipment, maintain stockroom and department stations
- provide administrative support as needed
- perform other functions as assigned
