- one year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred
- must have skills necessary to operate office equipment required to fulfill job duties
- forty-five wpm typing skills required

Job Duties
- Interface with patients and families
- interface with physicians and staff
- admit patients and process their paperwork
- update patient demographics and information in system
- collect monies due and document in billing system
- handle funds per office procedure
- answer incoming phone calls
