Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the telephone
- Ability to remain at the front desk during shift hours with occasional coordinated breaks
- Ability to promptly enter maintenance requests using TELS
- Background checks and verification to work in senior living facilities
- Physical exam and drug screening as part of the hiring process
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and warmth simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors and residents with a warm, professional welcome
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage and support
- Enter maintenance work orders via TELS promptly as requests are received to ensure timely service
- Accept packages, log deliveries, and notify residents accordingly
- Assist Human Resources and other departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Resolve resident or visitor concerns with empathy while maintaining organizational expectations and professionalism
- Follow direction from the Lead Concierge and work as a team to ensure smooth transitions and communication across shifts
