Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent telephone communication skills required
  • Ability to maintain front desk visibility and coverage during shifts
  • Ability to enter work orders into TELS system promptly
  • Capable of working Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Successful completion of employment history and physical exam, tuberculin skin test or chest X-ray, drug screening, criminal background screening, employment references check, and verification against the OIG excluded individuals/entities list

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a warm demeanor at the front desk
  • Effective problem-solving skills with empathy and discretion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in hospitality or senior living environments preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and residents with a warm, professional welcome
  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage and support
  • Enter maintenance work orders via TELS promptly as requests are received to ensure timely service
  • Accept packages, log deliveries, and notify residents accordingly
  • Assist Human Resources and other departments with clerical tasks as needed
  • Resolve resident or visitor concerns with empathy while maintaining organizational expectations and professionalism
  • Follow direction from Lead Concierge and work as a team to ensure smooth transitions and communication across shifts
