Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required
  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • experience in automotive or truck dealership strongly preferred
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • strong communication skills in person and on the phone

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • address all incoming calls and in-person questions and complaints and redirect them to specific departments as required
  • receive letters, small packages, etc. and distribute them
  • prepare outgoing mail for delivery to the post office
  • keep updated records and files as needed
  • assist with light administrative accounting work
  • assist with other administrative duties as assigned
