Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED required
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- experience in automotive or truck dealership strongly preferred
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- strong communication skills in person and on the phone

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- address all incoming calls and in-person questions and complaints and redirect them to specific departments as required
- receive letters, small packages, etc. and distribute them
- prepare outgoing mail for delivery to the post office
- keep updated records and files as needed
- assist with light administrative accounting work
- assist with other administrative duties as assigned
