Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service preferred
  • ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to maintain a professional appearance
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • authorization to work legally in the United States

Job Duties

  • Welcomes and registers hotel guests
  • explains accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment
  • checks guests out of the hotel and prepares and explains the bill
  • responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing needs and adding personal recommendations
  • maintains flexibility to work morning, afternoon, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • contributes to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless service
