Job Requirements

  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • customer service-oriented mindset
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate individuals
  • provide information and assistance to clients and visitors
  • manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • manage all UPS and FedEx courier requests
  • maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
  • assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication within the organization
  • manage inventory of office supplies
  • other duties, as needed
