Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in luxury hospitality or customer service
- Knowledge of OPERA required
- Ability to multi-task on several tasks at once
- Work authorization in the United States required
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries using OPERA system
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Perform administrative tasks related to front desk operations
