Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years administrative or office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors using appropriate customer service skills
- Process incoming mail and distribute it within the Administrative Office Suite
- Perform data entry, filing, document preparation, and draft reports, letters, and minutes
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Provide technical assistance and desktop publishing support using Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health care guidelines and support continuous improvement initiatives
