Job Duties
- Answer the phone and make appointments
- Give tours
- Check in and check out boarders, daycare, and grooms
- Answer questions about fees and policies
- Call Veterinary clinics for vaccination information
- Call clients to remind them about appointments
- Help pet owners with their pets
- Record pet feeding, medication, elimination and behavior
- Provide pets with TLC
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility
